Description:
Challenging hills, especially at the end. First mile downhill. Long uphill at two
miles, the rolls downhill for two miles. Levels off somewhat in the middle, then
a series of three uphill climbs, one downhill, then a last uphill climb.
This leg is like a road race with lots of runners around, plus the baton isn't
sweaty yet.
This leg features Two Water Stops
Course:
Start at Fun Spot on Rt 3, right out of parking lot, north on Rt 3. Right on Watson Rd,
right on Scenic Rd, which turns into Lakeside Ave. Left onto Rt 11B, left onto Rt 11A.
Exchange at Arlberg Inn.
